This is ideal for people who would like to do something short, simple and effective to relieve tension from the body and calm the mind.  It consists of :

  • joint loosening exercises that help to relax stiff muscles and joints, increasing their flexibility

    •  Qigong which calms the mind and further relaxes the body, enabling you to feel grounded and content, at ease with yourself and others

The above components can also be used separately to complement your other activities.  For example, the joint loosening exercises could serve as warm-ups before walking, swimming or any hard training.  The Qigong could be used to settle the mind before sitting meditation or as a calm-down after exercise.
