Chen Tai Chi First Form Cannon Fist with explosive power (Chen Taijiquan Er Lu Pao Chui) – Grandmaster Feng Zhi Qiang, founder of the Hun Yuan Tai Chi system, Brett’s and Fontane’s teacher. Grandmaster’s movements are soft and relaxed, yet strong and powerful.
Hun Yuan 48 Form – Feng Zhi Qiang
An early version of the Hun Yuan 48 Form – Grandmaster Feng Zhi Qiang (58 years old then), founder of the Hun Yuan Tai Chi system. Grandmaster’s joints are relaxed and flexible. His Tai Chi movements are smooth and continuous.
Perfect embodiment of the Tai Chi saying, “Flow like a river.”
